
Bodybuilding was always part of my life. I have been surrounded by my family members who were engage in sports professionally. In 2007 I went through my own body extreme weight loss and I realized from then on I wanted to help and inspire people to change their bad habits.
I am Strength sport specialist, completed following courses: Rules of healthy nutrition, weight loos, supplementation, Nutrition and supplementation in sports, Nutrition in diseases (diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, cancer, liver disease, irritable bowel syndrome), Nutrition in strength sports, Regeneration and recovery in sports in Research Centre, Planning Diet and Workout. I am specialized in extreme weight loss, together with Agnes prepare for bodybuilding and fitness competitions. I approach my work with passion and dedication, I am demanding but the end result speaks for itself.
My basic motto is ”Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not seek successful people just to be a copy of their personality"


I've always been very interested in sports. From an early age I have practiced many sports such as dance, javelin throw, competitive swimming, had some adventures with martial arts (karate, judo) and became a lifeguard.
It all influenced the decision to attend Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw. During the five years of my studies I was educated in athletics, gymnastics, swimming and team sports (football, handball, volleyball and basketball) and deepen the knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, psychology, biochemistry and many others.
After first three years I graduated with a BA and as an aerobics instructor. The next two years of specialized education graduated as a bodybuilding trainer and defended master's degree. During five years of study I learned functioning of the human body, diet and exercise and completed the following courses: instructor of Pilates Level I and II, Training women during and after pregnancy, Diving course, Aqua aerobics instructor, Nutrition in strength sports, Regeneration and recovery in sports, Rules of healthy eating, weight loss and supplementation, Nutrition and supplementation in sports in Endurance Research Centre, Planning Diet and Workout.
After graduation I came to Galway, where for two years I have worked as a personal trainer and instructor at one of Galway’s Fitness Club. Today, as the co-owner of Fitness Point together with my clients I am working on improving their body composition, health and mobility as well as helping professional athlete to achieve their peak form.
